As a host, you will support our mission by exploring and pitching topics, developing ideas, researching guests, formulating episode outlines and questions, and hosting each podcast interview. We are seeking someone who excels at uncovering compelling stories, identifying impactful segments, and crafting engaging episodes that foster empathy and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and pitch topics for new episodes.

• Develop ideas and outlines for podcast content.

• Research guests and prepare interview questions.

• Host and record interviews.

• Maintain an interview schedule for guests.

• Suggest process improvements and productivity optimizations.

• Contribute to our overall growth and success.

• Attend weekly team meetings.

• Strong organizational and self-direction skills.

• Deadline-conscious and driven.

• Comfortable delegating tasks to team members.

• Ability to find relatable and impactful content for parents.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build community through storytelling.

Work Arrangement:

• Time Commitment: 5+ hours per week.

• 100% remote, volunteer position.
